ASQ Past chair/ CEO and Founding Partner in Transformation Systems International, LLC
Stephen is Past Chair of ASQ, a Fellow, past chair of ASQ’s Global Advisory Committee, and holder of the R.A. Maass Award for his body of work Customer-Supplier Relationships.
He is an author, leader and consultant engaged with organizations throughout the world to achieve breakthrough performance. Stephen has authored nine books including most recently, How to Coach Individuals, Teams and Organizations to Master Transformational Change: Surfing Tsunamis and the Trust Jogger.
After completing his corporate career as a senior leader with Procter & Gamble, he served as the Executive Director of The Performance Center, a multi-university organization conducting action-research. He is currently CEO and a founding partner of Transformation Systems International, LLC.
